About our K3S Customer Support

K3S wanted something that still had the personal touch of email that our customers have grown to like, but with the ability to track all support and project requests. K3S has teamed up with a company called Zendesk (www.zendesk.com) to provide our new solution.

This is the new email address to send all your support requests too. When you send a request from this address a support 'ticket' is created under your email address. All responses between you and the support representative are made through email but are recorded through Zendesk.

Use this email for any special project requests that you may have. All projects are done on a first come first serve basis.
