Description:  Decision About How To Backup K3S Libraries

The following six K3S libraries will need to be backed up daily by the customer:

K3S_5DTA
K3S_5MOD
K3S_5OBJ
K3S_5QRY
K3S_5CNV
K3S_5DLY

The customer can choose how they want this process to take place, but one method is to setup a scheduled job.  This job will perform a
SAVLIB into Save Files for the different K3S libraries. We will need to know which library to create the save files in. The CL program called
from the scheduled job will need the statements provided below:
