Description:  Providing Report Capabilities for Domain of VIEW_ONLY

If you want the users in the domain of VIEW_ONLY to be able to run reports, then you must grant them authority to the report menu options by placing
the name of those programs into the Table Codes file and Type of DPG - Domain/program authorities. Instructions to provide report capabilities for the
VIEW_ONLY domain are provided below.

From the K3S Main Menu, take option 9. Operations and press ENTER. From the next menu choose option 3. Table codes and press ENTER.

This will take you to the K3S_9060 Table Code Types screen. Roll down 1 page and you'll see the Type DPG Domain/program authorities, as shown
below. Use 1=Select on Type DPG and press ENTER.


You will now be on the K3S_9061 screen, shown below, where you see a list of table code records for the table code type of DPG. Press F6=Add to add
a new record. 


 You are now on the entry screen, shown below, where you can add a new record for the DPG table code type.

There are 10 separate entries you will need to type in to the entry screen.  You will need to type in the Table code value, Description 1, and the Flag 1 fields
(these fields are marked in red in the screen below) for each of the 10 entries.

(Note that the Flag 1 value set to 1=Yes is very important!)

Here is the first entry to type in:

Once you have typed in the information as it appears in the screen below, press ENTER.

                         

This will return you to a list of the records in the Type of DPG.  Move your cursor up to the entry line for Value and type in VIEW, as shown below.

                                                
                                                                               
Press ENTER and you will see your new entry for VIEW_ONLY  K3S_2044 Order Cycle Report Selection. See example below.
                                                                             
                                                       

Repeat the same steps to add the remaining entries to provide full report capabilities to the VIEW_ONLY domain.  Below is a full listing of the required
entries. As you can see on the previous screen, we have added all report entries.

**Remember, the Flag 1 value set to a 1=Yes is very important!
