The following section describes two main categories of reports: Store Level Reports and Ranking Reports. Each category is accessed a different way from the K3S-Replenish® Store Level Main Menu. Both Store Level Reports and Ranking Reports are described in detail in this section. Examples have been provided for every possible report that you can run.
Some Store Level Reports are available in two formats: Detail and Summary.
Detail reports provide information at the level of the products in a store.
Summary reports provide information at the level of the stores in a chain.
Once you arrive at the Store Level Reports menu, you will see that there are 19 reports listed. All reports except #15 (Bar Code Labels Print) and #17 (Bar Code Labels for Palm) are authorized for use at your company.
**Note that Store Level Reports #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #8, #10, #11, #13, and #16 are available in both Detail and Summary format. Also note that in a future release there will be no choice of Detail or Summary format for Store Level Reports #6, #7, #9, #12, #14, #18, and #19.
Ranking Reports are available in three formats: by supplier, by supplier/product, and by product.
By supplier reports give summary ranking information at the level of the store.
By supplier/product reports rank all products within one store.
By product reports rank products within a chain of stores.
There are eight types of ranking reports that can be run. All eight types of ranking reports can be run in the three formats listed above, except the # of Days Supply report, which is not available in by supplier format.
***Note that several of the Store Level Reports and Ranking Reports contain a column containing information on ‘Force out Quantity’ and ‘System Status.’ These pieces of information are not relevant to the K3S-Replenish® Store Level environment and thus have been deleted from the examples provided in the Reports section.***
