3. Now you will be on K3S_0031 which contains a menu of ranking reports. Select the report you want to run by placing the report’s number in the ‘Select’ field.  

As an example, we will work with report 22. Unit Sales.

Note: There are three formats of ranking reports to choose from: by supplier, by supplier/product, and by product.  These three formats for ranking reports plus other helpful notes about ranking reports are described in the section called ‘Ranking Report types and formats.’

4. After choosing the report you want to run, you will be directed to K3S_3300.  Here you will need to fill out several required fields:

Buy Group refers to the Chain you want to run the report on.
Example: TBS 

Location requires your three-digit location code.
Example: 01 
    
Supplier refers to the specific store number you want to work with.  
If you leave this field blank you will run the report for all the stores in the Chain indicated by the Buy Group field.

Product 1/Product2 allows you to run the report on all the products from a specific manufacturer (Product 1) or all the products within a specific family (Product 2).  These Product 1/Product 2 codes are listed in the “Manufacturer and Family Codes” section of the User’s Guide. 
Example: PHILI for the Philip Morris manufacturer
Example: MARLB for the Marlboro family 

Ranking percent to print refers to the Top or Bottom percentage of records that you want to print.   For example, if a store has 200 products total and you only wanted to print the Top 10% of records, you would end up printing only the Top 20 ranked products for the entire store. Note that this field is not as important to the K3S-Replenish(R) Store Level environment due to the small number of products.  It is suggested that you keep the 100% defaults for both the ‘Top’ and ‘Bottom’ fields.
