The main menu for Ranking Reports is K3S_0031. 

To get to K3S_0031, choose option 7. Reports from the K3S-Replenish(R) Store Level Main Menu.  This will take you to K3S_0030; from here you will need to choose option 4. Ranking reports.

Notice that there are three formats of ranking reports to choose from:

By supplier:  

This report will run summary information per store. 

By supplier/product: 

This report will rank all the products within a store. 

By product: 

This report will rank all products within an entire chain of stores.

Also notice that there are a total of 8 types of ranking reports available.  These 8 types include:

Sales value $
Unit sales
Actual inventory $
Theoretical inv $ 
Actual/theo ratio
Profit value $ 
Profit % #of days supply

All 8 types of reports can be run under the 3 formats listed above, excluding the ‘# of days supply’ report which cannot be run under the ‘by supplier’ format. 

The following pages will show examples of the three report formats and the eight report types. 

Examples of the three ranking report formats are shown below. I have chosen ranking report type ‘Sales value $’ to show the difference between the formats.
