On the Note line of the Main Menu, you will be notified with warning messages when a store’s order looks abnormal.
There are three types of warning messages that can occur when an inventory is processed: Too Big, Too Small, and Multiple Orders Today.
Too Big
The Too big warning message below is saying that Store 111208 in Chain QSS had an order generated by K3S-Replenish® Store Level that appears to be ‘too big’ (259 cartons) when compared to the average generated order (176 cartons). The threshold is 150%.

Too Small
The Too small warning message below is saying that Store 900561 in Chain QSS had an order generated by K3S-Replenish® Store Level that appears to be ‘too small’ (33 cartons), when compared to the average generated order (97 cartons). The threshold is 50%.

Explanation: The average generated order that the Too big and Too small warnings are compared to is calculated using the 6 most recent orders. However, warning messages will start appearing after the third order is transmitted. When this third order is transmitted, an average of order 1 and 2 is calculated and compared to order 3. When the fourth order is transmitted, an average of order 1, 2, and 3 is calculated and then compared to order 4. The process continues until more than six orders have been processed. For example, when order 10 is processed, it will be compared to the average of order 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Multiple Orders Today
The Multiple orders today warning message appearing below is saying that Store 677518 in Chain QSS has processed more than one order today through K3S-Replenish® Store Level. Example: 09/21/2006 QSS 900561 multiple orders today

A store should only transmit once on their order day.
The main menu only has enough room to store one warning message. When you see a plus sign ( + ) to the far right of the Note line, this is indicating that there is more than one warning message for you to view. To view ALL warning messages, use option F9=Notes to get to the K3S_6010 screen.
***After an order is transmitted to K3S-Replenish® Store Level, warning messages will appear instantly.
Thus, warning messages will appear on the same day an order is processed.
These messages will also stay in the system until you delete them.***
