Your number one priority with
K3S-Replenish® Store Level is teaching the store managers to follow the
5 rules of Store Level.
This can often times be the most difficult part
of our system. You may encounter a store manager that tries to outsmart
the system by transmitting faulty inventory quantities in order to
control how many cartons they receive. Simply put, the Store Level
system will not work if a manager does not transmit valid inventory
quantities. The key to success is training each manager so that they
trust the system and transmit valid data. Organization in the store is also very important for performing the tobacco inventory. Before a store goes live, it is recommended that all cigarettes are properly organized and labeled. This includes grouping all like products together and printing new shelf labels if needed. Strive to have all the cigarettes counted at the same time, on the same day, by the same person each week. |
