Description: The Guest Book is a management tool. Every time a user signs in to K3S-Replenish®, the systems captures the date and time. The system also records when the user signs off. The length of time the user spent signed in to K3S is calculated. This information gives management the tools to see who is actually using K3S-Replenish® and how much time they are spending there. 1. Start at the Main Menu and select the Operations button.  2. You are now in the Operations menu (K3S_0050). Select the Users Online button (Or you may type the number 7 into the select box). 3. You are now in the Users Signed on K3S-Replenish® screen (K3S_9700). This screen displays the users currently signed in to K3S-Replenish®.  4. Select the Guest Book button located at the lower left corner of your screen. This brings up the Guest Book Transactions screen (K3S_9710). The User field defaults to blank (for all users). The Date From defaults to today's date. This initial screen tells you who is currently signed into K3S-Replenish®.  5. You have the ability to enter the User name if you want to view the time signed on to K3S-Replenish® for a particular user. 6. You can enter a start date. In the following example, we will enter Tim in the User field and select October 15, 2011 from the calendar window that appears when you select the Date From field.  8. You can now see the first page of transactions for the user, Tim. It shows every time he signed on to K3S-Replenish®, when he signed off, the hours and minutes he was signed in and the workstation he used. 9. If you see More... on the bottom right hand side of the screen, that indicates more pages of data. Use the Scroll Up and Scroll Down buttons on the upper right side of the screen to view all pages. 10. You may select the return arrow button Menu. Select the home button |
