Data Checking Assignment

Your assignment's goal for this week is to get you familiar with how to navigate the most commonly used screens in K3S-Replenish®. If you are a new customer to K3S, this assignment will also have you check that the data is being converted from your ERP system to the K3S system correctly. You are the expert in checking the data for accuracy and thus it is very important that you verify the information we are displaying.

Each day you will have three tasks to perform for a small group of fast moving products.
These tasks are described below. It is important that you pick good selling products because it will help us to find any possible errors in how we are pulling the data much quicker. If you are a new install and you see data that does not look correct, you will record this data and send it to your K3S-Replenish® contact. Good luck with your assignment!

Task #1) K3S_1042 – Daily Interface Information (Press F5 from K3S_1040)

This screen shows a day-by-day summary of the information we are bringing over from your system, such as the sales, outs, on hand, and on order values. Pick a fast moving product and check last night's record. See if the sales and outs for last night's run matches what you see in your system.

Task #2) K3S_9257 – Sales Inquiry  (Press F18 from K3S_1040)

This screen will give you a day-by-day breakdown of the sales and outs for a product. For example, if the K3S_1042 screen said that you sold 12 last night, then this screen will show you who exactly bought those 12 (Example: 2 were shipped to Go Mart, 6 were shipped to Speedy Stop, and 4 were shipped to Handy Pantry for a total of 12 sales).

Task #3) K3S_3060 – Product Lead Time Transactions (Press F23 from K3S_1040)

Go to the K3S_3060 screen for a product that was recently received. Make sure we are pulling over the PO number, Ordered date, Received date, and Quantity received correctly.

Your Next Step....

After completing this page you will want to move on to the Self Graded Quiz on Screens Before the Main Menu, Screen Standards, and Function Keys.
