4. What are PE3 and PE4 checks informing me of?

5. I have 150 products in my PE1 batch. Do I have to make adjustments to ALL of these products?!



Answers:
        1. To inform you of products that did not perform how we expected them to in the previous period. This means the system                  
            wants you to review the product's average to see if it needs an adjustment.
        2. The first working day of a new period. The system will even alert you of your PE batches by automatically showing your PE             
            batches the first time you sign on after period end has occurred.
        3. False - If a product meets the criteria of more than one batch type then the product will go to the batch with the highest                   
            priority. Priority goes top down with PE1 being the highest and PE5 being the lowest.
        4. Products whose demand has been gradually going up or down for a few consecutive periods.
        5. No! However you should review all 150 products in the batch to understand why the system has labeled them as a PE
            check. Most likely you will only need to make adjustments to about 10% of your PE checks.
