K3S_3270 Product Bracket Level Costs

Summary

For the Location and Supplier chosen each product is displayed showing its Regular cost and the Level 1 cost. F20=Toggle will allow the user to display Levels 2 – 9.

1. Suppliers - Selected from the main menu

built up to a specific level or weight.

Enterable Field Descriptions

Location                              Display field


The Location ID and its associated name is shown here.

 

Supplier    (Supplier ID)      Display field    


The Supplier ID and its associated name is shown here.

Note  
This field can be used to explain what each level stands for. In the example above, it is telling the buyer that Level 1 is set to 2% off the regular cost and it is a half truck price.

 

Product                               Enterable field


Enter the product to search on here.

 

Display Field Descriptions

Product                                  


The Products ID and Product Description 1.

 

Regular Cost                 


The normal cost of the product. See section 2.2.3. Product Maintenance - SOQ components - Screen 3 of 5 for more information on this field.

 

Level 1 Cost                 


The cost of the item if Product Bracket Level 1 is used. For the Location and Supplier chosen each product is displayed showing its Regular cost and the Level 1 cost. F20=Toggle will allow the user to display Levels 2 – 9.


User Options


1=Select


This will transfer the user to the K3S_3270 Product Bracket Level Costs Change screen. Bracket levels can be updated on that screen.
 

4=Remove

Remove will delete the Product Bracket from the Location and Supplier shown.


Function Key Descriptions


F7=Remove all product records


This will delete all Product Bracket Level Cost records. A warning screen will be displayed before this feature will take effect.

 

F15=Generate


This will generate Product Bracket Levels that are a percentage off of the regular product cost. See section G.9.4. Generate Product Bracket Levels easily for more information on this.
 

F20=Toggle


To see the other levels use this function key. Each toggle will display the next level and eventually wrap around to Level 1.
 

F21=Start


Instead of selecting every product shown, place the cursor where you would like to start and press F21. This will have the same outcome. You will stay in the K3S_3270 Product Bracket Level Costs screen until the end of the list or function key out.


F22=Toggle Backward


Displays the previous screen.
