SUMMARY

This screen lists the Function Keys available from the Product History
screens, K3S_3030 and K3S_3031.

Function Keys for the Product History Screen


        F1=Help 

                Provides an explanation of the selected fields intended use or purpose.

 
        F2=Product detail

                Transfers the user to the Orders – Product Detail screen.

 
        F3=Exit

                Sends the user back to the Main Menu screen.

 
        F4=Prompt

                Provides a pop up window with a list of items to choose from. Use when unsure of choices available for input.

 
        F5=Copy history

                Transfers the user to the Product Copy History screen. Here, if you have the Location, Supplier and Product information you can copy that product's history to your product of choice. 

 
        F7=Purchase orders

        This is a user system based, function key setting. Set up to go to the user's Purchase Order system.


        F9=Notes

                Takes the user to the Notes Maintenance screen.

 
        F10=Suppliers

                Takes the user directly to the Supplier Maintenance screen.

 
        F11=Products

                Takes the user directly to the Product Maintenance screen.

 
        F12=Previous

                To get to the previous screen selected.

 
        F15=Safety stock simulator

                Sends the user directly to the Safety Stock Simulator screen.

 
        F16=Back out summary

                Calls up a screen showing Back Out summary information for the current order.

 
        F17=Hold out quantities

                 Calls up the Product Hold Out Quantities screen.

 
      F18=Sales inquiry

                 Exit point that goes to the customers sales inquiry system.

 
      F19=Forecast log

                 Calls up the Product Forecast Changes Log screen.
 

      F20=Toggle product history types

                 Switches the screen to show the Product History types.

 
      F21=Product history

                 This function calls up a “What if” screen where the user can test different points in history. What if we started history in period 7? Simply put the cursor where you want to start and
                 press enter. No permanent updates are made until F21=Accept Changes is pressed. F12=Previous will back the user out with no changes made.

 
      F22=Product composite

                 This function pulls up a “What if” screen which allows the user to enter values into the Composite fields.

 
      F23=Seasonal profile

                 This function pulls up a “What if” screen which allows the user to enter a value in the Profile field and the T/S field.

                 Use to change the user's default values.
