SUMMARY

This screen shows the Path of Replenishment. It is used to display
multiple hubs and show the path at which they transfer their products.

Field Descriptions



        Product     

                This field can help the user to select a specific product for all locations in a multi-location environment or search for a specific product by product ID.
                Enter the product ID in this field and then use the appropriate function key or enter to process.

 
        Descript1  (Description 1) Display only

                The first description for this product.

 
        Descript2  (Description 2) Display only

                The second description attached to the product.


        Unit      Display only

                The unit of measure assigned to this product.

 
        Note

                Enter any notes you wish to tag along with the associated product.

 
        Lv   (Level)

                The level of hub making the transfer. 

 
        Loc  (Location)

                The location of the product.

 
        Supplier

                The Supplier’s number.

 
        On Hand

                The number of units in stock, for this product, at this location.

 
        Balance

                The calculated balance for suggested orders. 

 
        Average 

                The demand average.

User Options


        1=Select

                Transfers the user to the “Orders – Product Detail” screen.

 
        2=Transfer

                Sends the user to the “Transfer Request” screen.

 
        3=History

                Transfers the user to the “Product History” screen.

 
        5=Detail

                Transfers the user to the “Orders – Product Detail” screen.


        6=View Transfers
 
                Sends the user to the “Transfer Entries” screen.

Function Keys for the Path Of Replenishment screen


        F2=Compact/Expand

                Toggles the screen to show just level 1 entries or to show all the entries. In our example, all our shown.

 
        F7=Transfer system

                Takes the user to the Transfer Entries screen where the User can process and update transfer entries. 

 
        F21=Start

                Instead of selecting every supplier shown, place the cursor where you would like to start and press F21. This will have the same outcome. You will stay in the Orders – Product Detail
                screen until the end of the list or you function key out.
