The K3S_0050 Operations Menu is the place to control the Processing schedule, print file layouts, update the Table Codes and other operations like backing up or restoring K3S files. These options are
restricted to management only updating and data should

Processing Schedule K3S_9070 Processing Schedule 1 of 2 The K3S_9070 Processing Schedule is where the user can examine and control the processing schedule of the K3S Replenish(R) daily batch job. The schedule is set during the installation process and should not need adjusting. Proper authority is required to update. The K3S_9070 Processing Schedule 2 of 2 displays the Product Interface Log Totals for the K3S batch jobs. 2. Period ending schedule K3S_9090 Period ending schedule K3S_9090 Period ending schedule is the screen that allows the user to set up the Period Ending Schedule for the entire year. The user can also use this screen to view the history of past Period Ending jobs. 3. Table codes K3S_9060 Table codes The K3S_9060 Table Code Types screen displays the codes that control how many things are displayed in the K3S system. Usually restricted to management only updating, the Table Codes are a very powerful feature of the system and if used properly can customize the product to the user's liking. K3S_9060 Table Code Type - Change This screen allows you to Change the Description of a table code Type. K3S_9060 Table Code Type - Copy This screen allows you to Copy the Description of a table code type. K3S_9060 Table Code Type - Delete This screen allows you to Delete a table code type. Critical records are protected from deletion. K3S_9060 Table Code Type - View This screen allows you to View the Description of a table code type. K3S_9060 Table Code Type - Add This screen allows you to Add a table code type record. K3S_9061 Table Code Records - Select The K3S_9061 Table Code Records screen allows the user to see all Table Code Value records for a Type. The Value records displayed for a Table Code Type control some features in K3S Replenish(R). These records are restricted to management only updating and should not be changed without the knowledge of K3S personnel. K3S_9061 Table Code Records - View This screen allows you to View the Values for a table code record. K3S_9061 Table Code Records - Change This screen allows you to Change the Values for a table code record. K3S_9061 Table Code Records - Copy This screen allows you to Copy the Values for a table code record. K3S_9061 Table Code Records - Delete The K3S_9061 Table Code Records - Delete screen allows the user (With the Proper Authority) to delete a Table Code Value record. Some records are required by K3S and can NOT be deleted. A message will appear if one of these records is targeted for deletion. K3S_9067 - Table Code Changes Log 1a of 1 displays changes made to Table Code Type Values. K3S_9067 - Table Code Changes Log 1b of 1 displays changes made to Table Code Type Values. K3S_9067 - Table Code Changes Log 1c of 1 displays changes made to Table Code Type Values. K3S_9067 - Table Code Changes Log 1d of 1 displays changes made to Table Code Type Values. Restore Master Files This option is controlled by your company environment. 6. Alternate source entries This screen lists the Alternate source suppliers in your system. If it is the day to buy from diverters, you are able to see their offerings. 7. Users signed on to K3S-Replenish The K3S_9700 screen displays Users that are currently signed on to K3S Replenish(R). K3S_9710 Guest Book Transactions screen displays users who are or have been signed in to K3S-Replenish®. The system captures the date and time of the sign on, when they signed off, and the length of time they spent signed in to K3S. The Guest Book is a Management tool. By rolling through current and past K3S sessions, Management can see who is actually using K3S-Replenish® and how much time they are spending there. 8. Print file layouts K3S_9185 Print File Layouts screen allows the user to view and print K3S Physical and Logical File Layouts. |
